Hi George,

It is great to know that pilot from Greece are interested to come in Krusevo.

1. As a FAI2 comp, pilots should have valid FAI license to enter the open class and to get WPRS points. Without FAI license we could not process their results but there is a chance to make an Sport group and make result locally - just for them.

2. We do not provide any insurance but we can accept international third party insurance that cover FAI comps. Our comp pilots use AXA services that cover search and rescue too. Here is the link http://www.flugschulen.at/axa/english/index.html

3. Entry fee for this comp is 60eu and can be paid at the registration. Beside usual things this year we provide free retrieve for registered pilots.

4. Accommodation in Krusevo is easy to find as this town is popular destination for tourists. Usually we rent private rooms/apartments and prices, depends of the quality, goes from 8EU to 12EU. Some guest houses can offer room for 5-6eu per bed but you have to share the bathroom. There is no camping in the area but some pilots stay in tents but I do not recommend this as there is no toilets and water near by. Prices in the restaurants are more then acceptable so pilots don't need to cook. For example 1eu for beer, 3 eu for a meal.
5. I think the main problem will be on your border when you go back home with plenty of equipment. To avoid this any pilot or group of pilots should prepare declaration which is a list of the equipment that they carry out of your country and show to your customs to put a stamp on your way out. When you go back just show this document to your officer. This document is also valid for our customs. Document should contain a person with his pass number.

6. I recommend pilots to register them self on the web page, for us to have idea for how many pilots to organize transport.

Hope this will help, Nikola
