The following link shows a map which gives information about flying sites and XC routes all over the world. (Check out the Greek sights!!!)

With orange colour it marks the hottest spots and take offs and with red colour all HG - PG XC (crosscountry) routes.

Obviously all information are taken from flight uploading sites as the ones given above from Giorgos.
